Guest Chefs Jeong Hun Han and Young Hun Hwang will present a specially curated dinner buffet, which will feature bold aromatics, fermented ingredients, and balanced specialties with delectable side dishes or banchan that showcase a delightful spicy, tangy, and savory twist.
